El grupo francés Pavasse acaba de publicar el videoclip de «Violence d’État», tema incluido en su EP ‘Des maux 2023’. El vídeo, realizado por Mister Project, fue grabado entre junio y septiembre de 2025 y muestra a la banda de Bressuire en su terreno habitual: directo, frontal y sin adornos.

En «Violence d’État», Pavasse pone voz a la brutalidad policial y al desgaste social acumulado en las calles francesas. La letra menciona manifestantes heridos por las armas LBD y una violencia institucional presentada como rutina de un estado policial. No hay metáforas: la canción alterna entre rabia y cansancio, con un estribillo que repite «Violence d’État» como eco de algo ya asumido.

“Violence d’État”: Pavasse releases new video

French punk outfit Pavasse have just dropped the video for «Violence d’État», a track taken from their EP ‘Des maux 2023’. Filmed between June and September 2025 by Mister Project, the video captures the Bressuire band in their natural state — raw, direct, and stripped of any polish.

In «Violence d’État», Pavasse give voice to police brutality and the social exhaustion simmering across French streets. The lyrics reference protesters blinded by LBD rubber bullets and a state-sanctioned violence that’s become routine under a police-led system. There’s no room for metaphor here: the song moves between anger and fatigue, with a chorus repeating «Violence d’État» like the echo of something long internalised.
