Perkele regresan con el single «Sail Away«: una gran historia rockera sobre un joven de los años 60/70 que se enrola en un barco y deja atrás el puerto para lanzarse a la vida en mar abierto. Su viaje lo llevará por momentos de sol y tormenta, entre risas y añoranza, forjando al fin la persona que estaba destinado a ser.

En contraste con el sonido pesado y con tintes metaleros de «Theater«, «Sail Away» se inclina más hacia el rock clásico, con riffs enérgicos, melodías potentes y un estribillo que resuena mucho después de la última nota. La canción transmite tanto la libertad de navegar hacia lo desconocido como la agridulce sensación de abandonar todo lo que se conoce. The Swedish trio shared the following about their new release:

Perkele return with the single “Sail Away” – a grand rock tale of a young man in the 60s/70s who signs on to a ship and leaves the harbour behind for a life on the open sea. His journey takes him through sunshine and storms, laughter and longing, shaping him into the person he was meant to become. In contrast to the heavy, metal-tinged sound of «Theater«, “Sail Away” leans more toward classic rock, with driving riffs, powerful melodies, and a chorus that lingers long after the final note. The track captures both the freedom of sailing into the unknown and the bittersweet feeling of leaving everything familiar behind. A song about courage, dreams, and life’s unpredictable voyage — delivered with Perkele’s signature power and heart.
