El próximo 19 de mayo es la fecha oficial elegida por Cherry Red Records para poner en circulación uno de sus habituales box set, aunque en formato CD y no en vinilo como nos gustaría. Este box set se titula ‘Where Have All The Bootboys Gone? A Celebration of Rock‘ y contiene 60 canciones repartidas en tres CDs. 60 temas que fueron populares en los graderíos de los estadios y en los callejones oscuros de la Gran Bretaña de los años 70.

En este box set que edita Cherry Red podemos encontrar auténticas leyendas del rock británico de los 70s como The Faces, Mott The Hoople y Slade junto con otras bandas del glam rock más furioso Sweet, Geordie o Hector. Por supuesto, a lo largo del tracklist también se dan cita bandas de la escena punk más callejera como Cock Sparrer, Slaughter & The Dogs y Sham 69, así como pioneros del oi! tales que Menace, Angelic Upstarts y Cockney Rejects o algunas rarezas de bovver rock firmadas por Scruff, Johnny Du Cann y Cyanide.
